Prepared October 7, 2026. This document presents proposed service terms. It is not an executed agreement. The legal service-provider identity, privacy operations, retention schedule, and applicable contract terms must be finalized before commercial customer onboarding.
Documents for Review
These are substantive draft agreement frameworks for local review. They are not executed contracts, and no signature or acceptance is collected here. The service-provider legal identity, company name, authorized signers, effective date, commercial terms, and applicable law must be completed and approved before use.
Order of Documents
The signed order form should identify the purchased products, locations or licensed screens, billing term, and applicable document versions. Any precedence between the order, master agreement, and addendums must be expressly approved; a website change alone does not amend a signed order.
