This public website does not call an AI service when you browse or submit a workspace request. Product preview illustrations are examples, not live AI outputs or customer records.
Product AI Features
Some Bondidos product builds include optional AI assistance. Feature availability, the provider, the information sent, processing location, and retention or training terms must be disclosed in the relevant product before the feature is enabled. Website cookie consent is not permission to send company or guest records to an AI provider.
Review Before Publishing
AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. A person should review menu descriptions, prices, allergens, dietary claims, room information, event details, and any proposed documents before publishing or acting on them. AI is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or food-safety advice.
Content & Company Control
Use only content you are authorized to provide. Avoid personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless the feature requires it and your company has approved the disclosed processing. AI-assisted content must respect intellectual-property rights. Production AI settings and agreements must establish company controls and data-use limits.
