Status & Scope

These draft terms cover use of the public website. They do not activate a subscription. Paid products will require the applicable order form and service agreement. The legal contracting entity, jurisdiction, and dispute terms must be confirmed before these terms are published for acceptance.

Permitted Use

Use the site for legitimate business evaluation and requests. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, impersonate others, or upload information you are not authorized to disclose.

Accounts & Company Authority

A company representative must have authority to request or purchase service for the company. Website signup currently records interest only. Product administrators are responsible for selecting authorized users and maintaining accurate permissions. Separate company workspaces and shared product sign-in are still being prepared.

Pricing & Purchases

Menu Studio is $99 per year, paid annually. Sign Studio is $15 per screen per month billed monthly, or $10 per screen per month billed annually ($120 per screen per year). A Bondidos Sign Player is required for each Sign Studio screen. Hardware purchase pricing is not yet set. Gather and its pricing are coming soon.

No payment is collected by this website. The final order must state billing, applicable taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, hardware, and support terms before a customer accepts or pays. Displayed pricing does not imply that checkout is available.

Your Content & Our Materials

Your company retains rights in its content. Product agreements should grant only the permissions needed to provide the requested service. Bondidos website branding and original materials may not be copied or represented as your own except with permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Availability & Third Parties

Product previews illustrate intended uses and are not a service-level guarantee. TVs, player devices, internet connections, and authorized integrations affect operation. Review the relevant provider terms and verify the suitability of a deployment before relying on it for live events.

Privacy, Liability & Governing Terms

See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for current data practices. Any production disclaimer, liability limit, indemnity, dispute process, governing law, or warranty must be finalized in the applicable service agreement. Mandatory legal rights are not displaced by this draft.
