Can I use my existing TV?
Yes, with an HDMI-connected device that can run the Sign Studio web player. Our Raspberry Pi pilot has verified full-screen startup and persistent pairing. Other hardware needs a compatibility test.
Does it work with Tripleseat?
Yes. Authorize your account, then map each location and room. Sign Studio imports eligible events and refreshes the schedule automatically.
Can each room have a different sign?
Yes. Each room has its own editable design, published version, and player assignment. You can also copy designs between rooms.
What appears when a room is available?
A marketing slide can invite guests to inquire about the space, with a QR code linked to that location’s inquiry page. Event display windows are configurable.
What happens if the internet drops?
A properly configured player can use its cached sign and schedule. Schedule data expires after 24 hours to prevent outdated bookings from appearing indefinitely. Offline recovery should be tested on your chosen device.
How do staff get access?
An administrator adds the user and chooses their role and location access. The current cloud setup also requires that email to be allowed in Cloudflare Access.
Can I create a paid account today?
Menu Studio is $99 per year, paid annually. Sign Studio is $15 per screen per month billed monthly, or $10 per screen per month billed annually ($120 per screen per year). A Bondidos Sign Player is required, with no hidden fees. Online checkout and instant company-account creation are not active yet. Signup currently submits a workspace request without charging you.
