Sign Studio Addendum
Draft product terms for room signs and paired displays.

License & Pricing
The order identifies the licensed screens and locations. Pricing is $15 per screen per month billed monthly, or $10 per screen per month billed annually ($120 per screen per year). A Bondidos Sign Player is required for each screen; the separate hardware price must be disclosed before purchase. No undisclosed service fee is authorized.
Devices & Display Operation
Specify supported hardware, installation responsibilities, player ownership, delivery, warranty, support, and replacement terms in the order. Validate power recovery, full-screen startup, persistent pairing, connectivity, and cached playback for the deployed configuration. An online check-in indicates player communication, not confirmation that a TV is powered on.
Schedules & Content
The company maps integrations by location and room and approves event names and design content. Synchronization depends on authorized provider access and availability. Do not use the sign as a sole emergency, safety, or legally required notification system.
Term & Transition
The order must state licensed-screen changes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and player reassignment or decommissioning procedures. Device pairing is not acceptance of commercial terms.
